Liz graduated with Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and Second Class Upper in Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP).
​
Liz was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. With great passion in law, Liz joined a reputable law firm as a legal associate, where she practiced as a litigation lawyer. Here, Liz was exposed to vast areas of the law, in which she dealt with complex litigation cases, as well as rendering legal advice for commercial and corporate advisory works. After garnering almost 10 years of experience in legal practice, Liz finally set up her own practice and established her own law firm, Liz Yap & Associates in 2019.
In November 2023, Liz Yap & Associates merged with Ng & Ng Chambers, forming the current firm, Liz Yap & Ng Chambers.
Liz has vast and extensive experience in handling general litigation cases, including contractual and property-related disputes, landlord/tenancy, employment-related, tortious disputes, probate and divorce & matrimonial proceedings.
Liz is often commended for thinking out of the box and having an extraordinary understanding of clients' needs. Liz attends to all matters personally, providing much sought-after advice and practical solutions to every client's needs.

Susan was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012.
Her primary areas of practice are in civil, commercial and corporate litigation, including contractual disputes, land disputes, probate & administration and family law related matters.
​
In addition, Susan has extensive experience in handling conveyancing works, as well as company secretarial matters.
Susan is often sought after by clients for her calm and professional demeanour.

Ng Kher Shin holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Aberystwyth, United Kingdom. Thereafter, she obtained her Masters in Law (LLM) from the University of Kent, Canterbury in 2007 and she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.
In her initial years of practice, Coco attached to an established firm located in Damansara Heights and had gained exposure to a broad spectrum of complex litigation matters. Her experience has enabled her to effectively advise all commercial and corporate matters.
Coco’s main area of practice is commercial litigation, general litigation, and employment disputes. She has maintained a vibrant practice and regularly appears at all levels of the Malaysian Courts hierarchy. Coco also has extensive experience in family law, dealing with divorce (joint or single), child custody and property settlements.
Since the incorporation of the firm on 1st October 2018, she has been involved in conveyancing law and practice including sale and purchase agreements, loan documentation, tenancy agreements, and licensing agreements etc.
